"This HymnCharts subscription is the
answer to our prayers, literally. We had
made an enormous hole in our small music
budget, buying multiple copies of majorly
expensive arrangement books and still ending
up with a fair percentage of those songs
that weren't quite right for our group etc.
All of this was to keep a clean conscience
by not making photocopies after buying a
'master copy' book, and we simply could not
afford it.
"We had contacted companies to see whether
they had any alternate plans available, such
as a surcharge for permission to make enough
copies for the band after purchasing the
initial books, but no one could help us.
"When I found your site and saw the
arrangements, I knew this was absolutely
what we'd been looking for. The sound is
wonderful; it somehow spans the generational
preferences, gets the younger ones moving
and praising, but comforts the older ears
with familiar words and melody.
"Our synth player is the most limited
at improvising and said "this is what
I've been wishing someone would put in front
of me!!!!" and now has a great sound.
Plus, I think playing these arrangements
will develop the ability to transfer what
she has learned into other songs, eventually.

me a lot of time; the vocalists are glad
to have fewer pages on their stands and they
don't miss the clutter of the piano score
on their copies.
"There are not words enough to thank
you for this service. The cost is so small
compared to the practical and usable songs
and all of the instrumental parts. My husband
started playing the alto sax with the band
just recently and now I don't have to transpose
songs! Wahoo! Even using my software, it
was still time-consuming, plus I didn't know
how to write the special instrumental parts
anyhow.
